Easy application. First interview with store manager second interview drug test and onboarding paperwork. Went over company policies, job descriptions and typical day in workplace . Medical benefits, 401k even got to do some safety training and lottery training

The process takes time. Applied then didn't hear back for two weeks then received an email for a phone interview, and then week later did an in-person interview. The questions for the job are basic. Can you work with people? Can you be on your feet all day and hustle etc.
