They didn't have a table to sit down and interview at so we stood in the middle of the store, surrounded by customers. I found this highly unprofessional, I had to give out personal information in front of random strangers instead of the privacy of an office, or at a bare minimum the back room.

First they send you an email confirmation for a virtual screening interview. If they liked what they heard, they'll schedule a phone interview with you. It's pretty easy if you're expecting/ready for a challenge.
