Submitted application for a few stores online and got a call next day to confirm interview. Interview was at the store and was more of a tour of the store and the responsibilities of the job. The actual paperwork happened at orientation. Where several employees were onboarded at the same time.

Interview was pretty easy. Asked questions about prior work experience and what my availability was. No real tough questions. Only a couple scenario questions. We stood at the coffee bar.

Two interviews, mostly questions about work availability. If you really want this job, you're going to have to work late night shifts. What I did was work late night shifts when I got hired and eventually asked for easier hours.
