The application procedure was clear and smooth. After applying online, I received an invitation for a online interview. The recruiter first introduced Rabobank’s culture and the internship program. Then, we discussed my studies, previous projects, and motivation for applying. The questions were not very technical, more focused on problem solving and how I could fit in the team. Overall, the atmosphere was friendly and supportive.

Entretien
I received a call to schedule the first round interview with a recruiter and someone from a technical background. Very friendly. They asked me: Why Netherlands? Why Rabobank? How will I work in a team and how I'll contribute to a team?
