Procedure is lengthy and time taking. It usually includes an aptitude test, case study and HR interview. Usually the interviewers are very nice and open. They expect honesty and sharpness during interviews.

It depends on the roles. For lending, they asked for a DCF model and a SWOT analysis in the case study.
the interview was straightforward and to the point, people were friendly and respectful. they were interested in capabilities and growth potential as well as personal skills. there were about 5 rounds but fast and with clear communication.

Diving deep into industry knowledge and analytical skills
Ghoasted after the 2nd interview. They stopped replying to emails. Interviews ok butvery formal. Everything looks good when yiu read the recruitment portal but the reality seems not to be that bright.

Entretien
Three different interviews all ask you questions about what you've done in the past, some general knowledge, and what you are willing to bring to the bank. Overall a pretty easy interview.
