Het waren in grote lijnen vijf stappen - CV/brief, testje thuis, kennismaking met HR, case presenteren voor 3 personen binnen de bank + simulatie moeileijke klant, oordeel/aanbod. Over het algemeen goede procedure al vond ik de boordelingscriteria nogal schimmig

CV + letter, interview 1, interview 2, case presentation day, interview 4. Case presentation consists of an entire day with other people. This day consists of an escape game, customer call role play and presentation about yourself.
