Had a 30 min call with a recruiter and was then asked to complete a “technical assessment” where they didn’t really even provide enough data for me to provide any meaningful answers. Anyway, I did the assessment and submitted. They didn’t even acknowledge that they received it which I thought was pretty rude. I followed up a week later even though I didn’t even want the job at this point (was more curious about their feedback to the assessment) and was told they moved forward with someone else. During my interview they mentioned this position was expected to manage between 20-25 accounts and the base pay was only $75k with no commission. Pretty awful but I just started the interview process so I wanted to see where this took me.
