The final step for the IT Graduate Program interview was an assessment centre in Essen, Germany. This consisted of multiple rounds of interviews for a whole day. It was very tiring but I felt like the organization was good and left a positive impression overall.

Online, few questions and text-based ones. Just be yourself, the questions are the usual ones. Present yourself, the project you worked on, your IT skills, what you expect to do and if you will be able to move for the assessment test.
