Entretien
The hiring manager called me directly for an initial phone interview. Approximately one week after the phone interview, a panel interview via zoom was scheduled with three section heads, the department manager, and a few SME’s.
Within one day of the panel interview a verbal offer was issued and one week later a formal offer letter was issued.

General questions about previous experience such as:
What was the hardest part of that project?
How long would you expect such a project to take?
What is your approach to managing schedule or performance challenges in development projects?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?
I was email that I had made it to the next phase that was a 30 minute phone screening. The screening was with a current member of the design team. It was a more relaxed conversation to see if I was really a good fit for the team.

Entretien
It was a straight forward process. They asked questions mostly about projects and teamwork rather than specific coursework ones. STAR inter view format was the main basis of the interview.
