Applied online. Received phone interview and asked some questions regarding job experience in aerospace. Told I would receive a second phone call. Asked if I was willing to work shifts.

I was contacted regarding a direct hire position that was coming available. We communicated several times. Scheduled an interview. I was told that I would be contacted with an offer and that I would be pleased. Received an offer from the recruiter and I accepted.
