Very through process with multiple screenings by HR and Directors. Sometimes unclear why I was speaking with certain Directors as they seemed uninterested in the process. Very few technical questions, mostly wanted to know my Rolodex and ability to capture work.

Initial contact from a recruiting firm hired for position with senior corporate US business development. Follow up with the hiring authority at Raytheon, and then with one of the peer-level members of the team.

I had an interview with three korean people about 45 min.
They have a individual area of interview questions on information on company, role of BD, and general aspects of person.
the interview has done with English and Korean.
I really appriciated to them for trying to listen my answer.
It was fairly simple but nice interview.

Entretien
One-on-one interview with the VP. Informal and conversational style that allows the applicant to get a feel for the position as well as the prospective boss. HR does a good job setting everything up and seems very responsive, but it appears to be a deliberately slow process.
