Phone screen then one on one then a group interview with CEO. The final interview included a technical part where they make you code in front of them on a whiteboard

Phone screen was the initial step, consisted of background questions as well as some technical questions in order to test experience with coding and databases. Call took maybe around 15-20 minutes. Onsite interview was pretty standard. 1 hour overall and they gave 30 minutes for an exam/coding question. The other 30 minutes was talking with 2 people.
