Phone screening interview followed by an on-site interview within a few days. Interview included Richard Lewis (CEO) as well as 4-5 other employees. I got the sense that they were desperate for someone to take over odious responsibilities that others didn't want to dead with. The whole experience gave me a bad feeling and I decided not to accept the offer.
