One word: odd! a series of 4-5 web-calls, each with apprx 2-3 weeks in between. Each call seemed to be with a person that was similarly situated at the professional level as the previous person. I feel like there is a lot of redundancy in this company, particularly across their multiple divisions and centers. I get the feel like each is 100% siloed and they don't seem to talk to each other. They were more interested in learning what I gleaned from my prior interviews with their counterparts across divisions.
