met with 2 directors or something on one day (very beahvioral in nature), and then a MD to solidfy it a week later... a lot of you asking questions... I think other fofices are more technical but if your resume checks out than they do assume you know the fundamentals, more behvaioral, but also it's what you make of it and what you want to discuss (they know people are qualifiied, want to make sure they like them)
