      1st round with a peer and he was super nice and did a great job explaining more about the company and position. 2nd round with the hiring manager and she was so rude and condescending, I stopped the interview after just 10 minutes and stated that I was withdrawing my application. I am not sure where the hostility came from but I never experienced it, in a job interview before. I was so polite and tried to make a connection and she basically just kept negating everything I said. She even said I used the work "project" wrong. When I politely said it wasn't a fit and I don't want to waste her time by continuing, she started to blame the person in the first round of interviews and said they didn't do a good job explaining things to me. I responded that I think the person in the 1st round actually did a great job. This was for a manager position leading others but does not pay the manager salary. You still have to bill 30 hours a week and also hire and train RSM staff. And they also expect you to do data entry work, if they can't bill you out at 30 hours. So this role already had a lot going against it, but you would think they would at least try to be more welcoming to potential new staff. I hope they read this and make more of an effort to be cordial in interviews.
