First meeting with HR was great, very easy going and inviting. Second interview with team leaders started great before turning awful. They asked me about failed/withdrawn courses from my first semesters in college 10-12 years ago... I fail to see how that is relevant at all. While they were appreciative of my response, the fact they asked that without asking about my recent professional performance is disturbing. Then they questioned the accuracy of my slide presentation, which followed their instructions verbatim, and went as far as to ask if I read the case at all. This was insulting and not reflective of the "values" they claimed RSM to have.

It was a 30-minute interview, started with light chatting then asked me questions about my resume and asked me behavioural questions. At the end he asked if I had any questions.
