There is only one interview. Its a phone call including self introduction, behavioral question, questions like why you would choose RSM. The whole interview was in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Also, it would be about our resume. The HR also asked me if I was suitable for the Audit Department because it would be tough. We talked for around 30 minutes and finally I got the offer.

Very friendly, 2 30 minute interviews. Were back to back virutal sessions; however, they did not feel very long at all and I feel like I still had things to ask when the time expired.

Super simple! A manager interviewed me, then sent me to the partner for a second conversation. This was all done over video call and didn’t involve any technical questions. Great for college students!
