Two part on campus interview process. Each part consists of a 30 minute interview with a partner of the company. One partner was uptight while the more experienced partner was very easy to talk to and maintain conversations with. The main negative thing that needs improved is their follow up with candidates that will not be moving forward. A simple, generic email would suffice so we are not left wondering for a few weeks.

It was very behavioral, but they present you the opportunity to go above that and share experiences or classroom things with them. I had two interviews, each was broken into two 30 minute segments with two different managers.

First interview was skills-based with an ERP Consultant in the team.
Second Interview was a case study followed by interview with the Managing Consultant
Third Interview with HR.
I really enjoyed the interview process - it gave me a good feel for the culture of the organisation and none of the interviews felt like a canned Q&A session but rather a real engagement in conversation.

Three thirty minute one on one interviews and a group lunch following. Interviews were all behavioral and not technical. The one on ones were with people of all levels of the company.
