The interview process was extremely smooth and fast. There were only two back to back 30 minute interviews, one with a senior and the other with a partner. I felt like they genuinely wanted to get to know you in regards to what you do outside of academics--hobbies, club involvement, part-time jobs, family, etc. No technical questions were asked. The only behavioral questions for me were: Why RSM? Why accounting/assurance?

Very friendly, 2 30 minute interviews. Were back to back virutal sessions; however, they did not feel very long at all and I feel like I still had things to ask when the time expired.
