3:1 interview with the project director, team lead and senior engineer. A relaxed atmosphere that enabled plenty of opportunities to ask any questions and make sure I understood exactly what the job role was and what was expected of me. A very well organised and informative day, had the pleasure to meet some very interesting people from a wide range of engineering backgrounds within the company and enjoyed the experience. Would highly recommend applying to Ross-shire Engineering as they are one of the most successful and rapidly growing Engineering companies in Scotland. It was evident that they value and take care of their employees and help with personal development.
