My interview lasted around 45 minutes. I met with two supervisors from different departments, both related to behavioral health. I was asked to fill out paperwork beforehand, then answered 8-10 clinical/situational questions verbally while one supervisor wrote down my answers to each. I received a phone call a few days later to offer a position that was adjacent to the one I applied for.
