God called for 1st interview, asked me couple questions and I was done in 5 minutes. Complex than it should be. It is a CSR job, I don't think multiple interviews are needed for the entry level position.

They reached out the next day after I applied via email to set up my first interview. They also explained the process to me which was convenient. They were also very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process

applied in store then I got an interview over the phone as a screening. I then got an in-person interview with the manager and then I received the job. The screening interview was with the assistant manager and the final interview was with the branch manager.
