Three rounds of interviews (including an asynchronous assessment) and never heard from them. Found it very unprofessional and quite disappointing to put in so much time to the interview process only to be left in the dark as to if the position got filled and why I wasn’t the right fit.

Phone/zoom conversation. Then in-office interviews to meet several teams and departments. This gave a great overview of the people and company.
The in-office interview was a bit long, 1.5 hours.

First there are online aptitude tests. Then a 30 minute phone interview. Then if you get invited to the office you will participate in extensive in-person interviews with several different teams in the company. Finally a meeting with the general counsel and CEO. The CEO seems to have the final say on who gets hired.
