The interview process was fairly long. It started off with an initial phone screening, after which I was invited to come in to take their assessment. It was similar to a GRE logic test, with a spelling/grammar test, as well as a personality test and a typing test.
After the test, I was invited back for a first interview, which was conducted by the head of HR. After this initial interview, I was invited back two subsequent times. At the last interview, I was made an offer, after which I requested time to think about it. I will say that everyone I met was highly intelligent, friendly, and enthusiastic about their work. It also offered significant training for the position required. I wound up turning down the job because it paid less than I thought, and it was hourly not salaried. My one piece of constructive criticism would be to give more decision time for offers- I was expected to sign the day of the offer, and was only given two additional days after the offer was on the table. Other than that, it was a great experience, although I did not accept.
