As a very competent designer, I was a bit caught out when they started ripping my designs apart. Very pressing questions and picky about margins, pixels, alignment. Be prepared for that!

I was introduced through a recruiter which gave me the heads up to prepare well for this interview. I'm a seasonal freelancer that normally gets good feedback from interviews then continue to finish the job while building good relations but this was not the case with RMA. In fact I didn't even finish the interview and left half way through. The interviewer told me he didn't like my work which caught me by surprise as I though he would have at least checked my folio before inviting me to the interview and save us a lot of time. I might have caught him on a bad day, I could have gone in on a better day if that was the case.
