I had first and interview with the hiring manager followed by an interview with HR. Both went well, no out of the ordinary questions. The questions were mostly about personal competencies and working style and not scientific.

Swede-washing employer, stay away! They'll make it look like fair, but they'll only recruit Swedes (not only the nationality, your name and looks matter too, i.e., immigrant background). The problem is - they won't tell this up front and drag you for 6 interviews.
