Their hiring process is grueling at best. Too many interviews via phone that take up too much of your time. They expect you to know everything about the Company, but they ask many personal questions about your family, childhood, hobbies, etc. I realize that certain corporations need to judge you based on your behaviors, but this should not be one of them, all very inappropriate and makes you very uncomfortable. After you have met with several managers in person (and the schedule of time, place, date of the interview changes many times and if you have a previous commitment, they make you feel that you need to change your plans to meet with them) and then spoken to many managers on the phone, you are told to call on a specific day/time to follow up. You do and surprisingly the person you are to speak to (who emailed you the day before) is off that day, off for the entire weekend actually. So you leave a message and send an email. Nothing, no reply, no follow up, nothing. Very rude and disrespectful of your time. For a company who claims to be so people-centric, they have little respect for candidates time.
