J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez RH (Seattle, WA)
Entretien
Applied online, had a phone interiview (because I lived out of state), then two video interviews. They told me they would get back to me the following Monday. My last video interview was a Friday so I waited over a week and didn't get a reponse so I called their store twice asking if they could at least get back to me. 2 weeks later, I got an email letting me know that they went a different direction. I already got a job within the time they got back to me. The dynamic of the interiview felt very judemental. Thankful I ended up not working for them.

Question 1
What makes you good enough for the gallery curator position?
Went through 4 interviews for the position - 3 were over a zoom call and final was an in person interview with the DM, Gallery leader and another associate leader. Each interview was at least an hour long.
After being selected as a final candidate, instead of calling to give a rejection, a generic email was sent. Shame to see from such a well established company to not have a personalized email or even a phone call (as described in the interview). Poor HR processing and reflection of how they handle their processes.

Question 1
Resume/work history, interests in personal life, completing tasks, team engagement etc
I had 5 interviews, mostly repetitive questions. it took two months to complete the interview process and in total 4 interview were on zoom and one in person. They are big on their company values and will actually sit down with a physical copy of their values and ask you to identify how you relate to each of them.
