Very bizarre. Had phone interview then in person interview. The needs of the business were very unclear. Apparently the company is going through a restructure. I'm not sure the hiring manager understands or is able to communicate the needs of the business. It seems like there is a lot of potential but employee turn over is so high the growth is being stunted as a result. I would not suggest someone wastes their time interviewing here. The Glassdoor reviews by former employees were really helpful and sadly probably very accurate.
