The process for me was straightforward up until the very end. I met with the hiring manager, then the paid media team managers, and finally another chat with their leader of content syndication in a little over a week. I was going to meet with HR but that kept getting rescheduled at which point I decided this was probably not worth my time. I was going to try and work for the company as a fully remote employee (like initially advertised) but it appears they had hesitations about bringing someone fully remote into my position. I got the impression from the reviews on here and their social media that they don't want to give up working in the office completely.
