I applied online site and invited for their aptitude exam and initial interview. Their test are easy to answer and if you not pass in this stage they will consider you for another second try to exam again. And luckily I dont need to second try and pass their exam. Next, I was endorsed for initial interview and their hr is so nice, when you are in an initial interview, possibly you will feel nervous but here You are comfortable to talk to the recruiter because they are approchable and willing to understand your answer in their hr questions.
