Had two interviews, one with HR, and then one with hiring managers. The interviews were professional, friendly, and the process took a few weeks which is quicker than average. We discussed salary range, job responsibilities, background, and the company itself.
The problems started after I was given an offer, was offered much less than we agree upon during the interview process. I was given an offer that I was going to decline due to salary, company's negative reputation, and no onboarding process. I decided to wait and look over the final documents that were not sent yet before making a decision.
After multiple days of waiting for HR to send me documents, I was updated that the offer was rescinded due to budget constraints, so I could not accept even if I changed my mind. Do not waste your time, lying about salary after discussing it, previous employee data leaks, no onboarding process, and interviewing/offering for roles they don't have the budget for.
