The interview was with the team leader and asked various questions regarding to administrative abilities, tech and computer knowledge, and basic questions regarding the real estate industry, followed by a question and answer period.
The interview process began with an e-mail asking to complete a couple personality type tests (such as the disc profile) and when I submitted that, I received a call to schedule a 1 on 1 interview at the hiring team leader's office. The interview was in a relaxed environment and took about 40 minutes. After the interview, I received a call offering employment about a week later.
