I had an over the phone interview and a week later they scheduled an in-person interview. The interview was super relaxed and professional. The interviewer had a GREAT spirit and personality. It was a wonderful experience.
Even for an administrative position, they prefer candidates who have a mindset geared toward contributing to the company’s profitability. You better have ambition to get a license on real estate.
Personality driven interview. Asked questions/lead conversation as if I had the job. Overall felt unprofessional. Don't need to prep much just need to be able to hold a decent conversation.

Entretien
Es begann mit einem Persönlichkeitstest, danach eine lange Vorstellung der Struktur von Remax, Fragerunde, Begehung der Räumlichkeiten und Vorstellung der Mitarbeiter. Zwei Stunden dort verbracht nur um ein Probearbeiten auszumachen.
