Firstly There is a telephone call and if it is successful, then an interview face to face is arranged. The interview style is friendly and based on the candidate skills to provide the proper answers to questions related the timeshare exchange. Obviously it is recommended to do a good research about the Company and get a good knowledge of RCI History.
