I had a phone screen call that was about 10 min. A few days later I had an actual phone interview with an Account Director in CA. She was completely rude and dismissive. She essentially acted like everything on my resumé was a lie and was asking the questions in a sarcastic tone. I got off that call and was socked at how rude this person was.

The interview was just a single interview and was more of a chat to see if I would fit into the team and culture. They also wanted to know what I could bring to them.

initial Phone interview with director , individual in person interviews with directors and team, case study presentation to entire group. initial phone interview and in person interviews about a week apart. all in person interviews on same day
