I had a brief phone interview/conversation before scheduling an in-person interview. The in-person interview was pretty standard. Interviewers were nice and professional (I interviewed with the department director and someone from HR). After the interview, they said they would be doing a second round of interviews in the following month or I would I would hear from them via mail if i was not offered the job. It took them three months after my interview to mail me a letter saying I did not get the job.
