The interview experience was great. The interviewer introduce himself and allowed me to ask questions. He confirmed some of the details in my cv and ask some questions. The interview was very informative. He described the job role and shared some information about the company.

Entretien
Three stage process
First was speaking about my experience & a few simple questions.
Second was a code walkthrough with an additional member of staff who were both polite also.
Third stages was in person show round office & meet all the staff, to then oddly be asked about my experience again which was a repeat of the first interview.
Instead the person in the interview, whilst i was talk kept checking his phone and replying to people mid conversation
First i found this highly unprofessional and off putting and also to have an exact repeat of the first stage, to then be not offered the job based on my experience even though it was clearly fine in the first and after being shown round the office & meet the team.

Entretien
A call with the Talent Acquisition team, after another call with the line Manager, then a Technical interview and a Culture Interview with the head of engineering. Overall, a great experience.
