Very long winded process. Was first of all asked to attend atour of the RAC centre and be told about the role, then had to do 3 skills tests online as well as a personality test. Having passed these tests was invited into a face to face competency based interview and a role play situation. Lastly following the interview was asked to complete a 2 hour case study. I then was told sorry you scored X % but the benchmark was Y%, no feedback as to what had let me down or what I could have done better.
