Interviewed with recruiter, which went pretty well, especially considering i have over 20 years of customer service experience. After a few scheduling mishaps, finally got a interview with the hiring manager, who stated there was some urgency in hiring. Interview went extremely well, again, I have extensive customer service experience. I was assured I'd receive a call the following week. Of course, that never happened. The funny part is that the recruiter reached out over a month later, to ask if I wanted to interview for the role. Very disconnected process, and quite honestly a bit unprofessional and a poor representation of this company.

Someone firm India called - but in person was at job site I also had a virtual interview it was not long but standard questions. Smooth process overall I would recommend
It was okay and efficient. They were particular about not using honorifics like 'sir'. It was alright very standard interview and not daunting at all. You just have to have really good english to impress them

This was a reschedule of an interview, and they wanted to reschedule an interview for a third time on the same day of the interview. I felt like it showed disorganization and disrespect for my time.
