J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez R1 RCM (Greater Noida)

Hiring Process for me was amazing, it was quick and nice. No doubt some sort of followups needed in any company when we talk about mass recruitment. We should understand the HR process and their pressure too.

I got a call and email confirmation from a consultant that I had an interview with R1 RCM on Saturday 9 Feb 2019 at 11:00 am. I reached there exactly on time and They make me wait for 6 hrs on their floor. I asked HR several times regarding my turn as calling no. given to me was 41, but they had reached to 80+. He told me "SM resumes are 6 only. We are waiting for more people, once it gets reached to 10 then we will start. Most probably at the end. Currently we are taking interview of developers and testers only". At 5pm, I again tried contacted to HR and told him that I had came long way from Jaipur and had to catch the night bus. Kindly make it a little early. He started saying that "we had called you 2 times. You were not there". I had not left the floor since 11 am and was in touch with them. When I asked and shouted a little bit in confused and dillemic situation, HR tried to compensate and told me "we will take your telephonic interview, you can leave."
It's really pathetic and harrassing to deal the people in this way by such a big name. I wonder how they used to treat their hired personnel. Their should be some criteria for interviews instead of making people so much frustrate. whats the point in calling at 11:00 am? I travelled overnight journey and reached to the company R1 RCM office and spend my precious 6 hrs and came back by an overnight journey and that too without any interview... Is there any place where I can sue such organizations and people? There should be some guilty forum or punishing agency over such private organizations. We are giving interviews for enhancing ourselves, for our families, for our earnings, basically for our daily bread and not to get diminished or demotivated. This attitude and mismanagement of organisations has to be stopped at some point.
