It was a good experience. The selection process, like in any other good MNC, began with a 3 level computer based general aptitude and IQ test, followed by problem solving test series. Performance in these tests was calculated and candidates were shortlisted for the next stage. Then there was a Group Discussion being followed by an Interview. Finally the Overall performance was analysed and the best few were given the Letter of Intent by the company for their selction.

Interview was pretty good they ask my previous work in last organisation and about which specialist I used to work or about client about my process and responsibilities and used to work for patient responsibilities like copay, deductibles and coins
