The recruiter called me after I filled out an application online. She asked me a few questions, then called me back a few days later to interview. I've never spoke with a recruiter, she was friendly and easy to talk to. I met with her then met with the dept. manager the day of my interview. I felt welcomed and like a person, not a number. Seems like employees were happy and enjoy working there.
