Fairly smooth and easy process. I applied online and within 3 days I received an email setting up a phone screening for the following week. Phone screen was short and sweet. The following week I went into the office for the personal interview. I met with 4 people ranging in job titles and lasted about two about 2 hours total.

Resume Questions, Emotional Intelligence questions (Strengths/ Weaknesses), why this role at R/GA, Competency Questions- challenge with senior, rest of questions were teamwork related specific to the coordinator role.
