Unfortunately the role I originally applied for (one level higher) was reduced to this role. I found the recruiters fairly sneaky/dishonest

Entretien
I was asked to submit my resume and cv when informed about an opening. Employee referrals help a lot in getting traction in what is a big, dynamic and competitive organization. I had to do a design test which was fun and fairly straightforward. Following that, I had a couple of skype interviews during which they tested my work skills, thinking, experience and checked to see that I would be a good fit for the team they're hiring for or in general.

I was asked why the design I had show during my 1-week design test made business sense. They asked this to see if my creativity was rooted in business and strategic thinking. This is very important in this agency, because everything we do usually gets made for real.
