I Applied online, and received a phone call a few weeks later. Spoke with the recruiter who asked specific questions about my experience as well as what I knew about the company. She then forwarded on my resume to the hiring manager for review. I was asked to come in and met with the hiring manager, one of his employees, as well as the corporate recruiter. Afterwards 4 more phone interviews were set up for me around my schedule (including after hours). The interviewers were people who work within the same group and interact with the role that I applied for. After that round of interviews, I was asked to come in a few days after that to meet with the Director of HR as well as have lunch with the hiring manager. The company is very focused and sensitive to the job culture they are creating. Many of the questions that were asked centered on how you work, than just what have you done. It was a different and positive experience for me to hear this type of direction in an interview.
