J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Quo en oct. 2025
Entretien
OpenPhone (now Quo) had one of the smoothest interview experiences I've had. The recruiter was very helpful throughout the process. She was quick to respond and replied with clarity and depth. Can't praise her enough for the support.
The interview process consists of 3 rounds. A technical round, System Design and Product sense. All the interviewers were very supportive and collaborative. The goal was to test my depth of subjects as opposed to broader knowledge.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Quo en avr. 2025

In one word: human. From the initial call with the recruiter (Marc), to the assignment, to the prep materials provided, and throughout each stage of the interview rounds, it was evident to me that OpenPhone cares about people first and foremost. They make a demonstrated effort to set you up for success and give you the tools and information you need in order to focus on being yourself just as much as you focus on the questions asked and responses you provide.
It wasn't necessarily an "easy" process, but it was realistic and manageable, which was so appreciated as this was my first interview in over 7 years. From the outset, I felt seen, respected, and heard; and it made the nerve-wracking experience of interviewing so much smoother. It also made me want to work there so much more because I saw how they practice what they preach.
