J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Qumulo en juill. 2015
Entretien
I was contacted by a Qumulo recruiter via LinkedIn. They were very excited about what I had on my resume. My experience with building engineered systems for customers was an area of interest so a phone interview with who I presume was supposed to be the manager or director of the group was scheduled. The first call attempt no one called me and I was told they had the wrong phone number (even though it was in my email signature and on my resume). So the call was rescheduled for the following week. The day before the scheduled call I confirmed with the recruiter the day, time, and phone number to call me and it was confirmed. However, come around to when it was supposed to happen I did not get a call as was scheduled. So, twice my time was wasted.

5 total interviews - HR Screener, Hiring Manager, SE manager, Peer and Support Manager. All were 30-45 minutes. Average questions, nothing specific. People were nice. Passed through the process and was told I would be moving on after each interview.

Hiring Process was OK and smooth. Talked with different profiles: Sales Engineer, Sales, Head of Customer Support, CTO etc.
Got an offer, but then problems started.
1. The contract took 1 month to be sent to me.
2. After I asked some clarifications, I got not real replay for about 3-4 weeks even with follow-ups
3. When I finally got a response, it was to tell me that the offer is no longer valid - due to some reorganisation.
