The interview process was as expected-recruiter call and then an on-site. The interview was going well, however, when asked what specific tasks are required the role to be on site 100% of the time instead of hybrid-the interviewer was displeased and did not provide a clear answer. I was transparent that I would need to consider the 100 onsite requirement and tried to move on. Instead of finishing the interview it was abruptly ended and we didn't do the scheduled facility tour. It was very rude and I was not compensated for travel costs. Bullet dodged as that type of culture and leadership can be toxic.
